We have arranged an interesting programme for you:
- Our customers can take a "path of knowledge" - guided tour through our winery to learn a lot about various technologies of wine production.
- It will be followed by wine-tasting directly form barrels and tanks and a detailed explanation of the basic principles of blending cuvée.
- You will procede to the professional degusation room, where you will be attended by our expert - technologist. You will get at least six available samples of red wine together with the complete analysis of each wine, graduated bottles, sets of glasses, writing utensils. At the end you will be given a certificate of blending cuvée (condition - a group of 10 persons maximum). The final result of the wine blending process is cuvée - 225 liters, i.e. one barrique barrel (approximately 300 bottles). If a larger quantity is required, it can be in multiples of this volume only.
- Wine will be stored in a barrique cellar in a special barrique barrel with a label to denote the name of wine and its sole proprietor.
- After mutual agreement with the technologist the wine will be bottled (approximately 6 months after blending). If you like, you can come together with your friends and under command of our technologist bottle your cuvée by hand. You can also combine it with the wine-tasting.
- We also offer barrique storing of white wines or a sale of limited batch of specific white wines in volume of at least 300 liters. These are special clones and varieties, or musts which are normally not sold.
