The second edition was introduced by Jaroslav Žídek and Dado Nagy (05/10/2011) in Panta Rhei on Poštovná street in Bratislava. They spoke not only about the book, but also about food. At the beginning a surprise was waiting for Jardo. Dado Nagy himself cooked and served non-traditional chestnut soup. Dado has received praise and advice how to make the soup even better. Discussion continued in excellent mood and they spoke about everything related to cooking. The discussion was about Jardo´s preferred dishes, his cooking experiments, mistakes and victories in compiling new menus and about the quality cuisine at home and abroad. Special area was given to cooking which Dado Nagy attended and learned the basics of Thai cuisine. What were the guests interested in? For example, if Jardo is using "bryndza" cheese in his cuisine, or when to use chard.
